Food quality

From the concepy of the idea of the product to be developed in order to obtain the minimum viable product, we place special emphasis on compliance with the applicable regulations.

Why is this important?

The requirements identification related to nutritional labelling and in particular to the declaration of nutritional properties as well as  their observance, are fundamental.

Indeed, if the statements of the companies lack connection with reality, the manufacturer would be misleading consumers, affecting the reputation of his company, being liable for sanctions by the bromatological authorities and even being subject to a complaint for fraud.

Advice on integral development of healthy products

Economic-financial advice

  • Analysis of the economic and financial feasibility of the project: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Cost of Capital (CAPM).

  • Consideration and quantification of risk through the Monte Carlo method.

  • Advice regarding the most appropriate legal form to carry out the venture: sole proprietorship, limited liability company (S.R.L.), simplified company by shares (S.A.S), limited liability company (S.A).

  • Tax and accounting advice.

  • Formulation and development of healthy foods.

  • Reformulation of baked goods (cookies, puddings, muffins) and dairy products (custards, puddings, creams, sauces, etc.), in healthy options, (no added sugar, gluten-free, no trans fats, lactose-free, vegan) while maintaining its organoleptic characteristics, through:

  • Total replacement of sugars;

  • Substitution of wheat flour for gluten-free premixes.

  • Substitution of ingredients of animal origin (in particular, egg and milk).
